The Kinetic artist Julio Le Parc and Jesus Rafael Soto are part of the group exhibition Pushing the Boundaries of Painting in the Americas, 1958 to 1983 presented by The Blanton Museum of Art located in Texas. The exhibition explores material, conceptual and formal innovation in post-war abstract painting. The presentation shows the collection of modern and contemporary art that The Blanton Museum of Art owns, from the United States to Latin America.

Le Parc participates with his piece Untitled (circa 1972), a work that dialogues with the apparent movement behind the form, as well as Paralelas vibrantes (1979) by the artist Jesús Rafael Soto that represents an implementation of material innovation.

The exhibition will be open till January 10, 2021.
