From December 12, 2021 to January 15, 2022, Carlos Cruz-Diez represented France at the Dubai World Expo 2020 with his piece Chromosaturation. In this temporary exhibition, the movement of visitors in the Chromosaturation generates interaction, transforming them into protagonists of a constantly changing event that occurs in real time and space. The Chromosaturation is an artificial environment made up of three coloured chambers: a red one, a green one and a blue one. The works of Carlos Cruz-Diez make him one of the greatest thinkers of color in the 20th century. The installation reveals itself to us as a luminous phenomenological reality, independent of any formal or symbolic structure.
